MY ORDER


How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping within Malaysia takes 1-3 working day. International shipping takes 3-5 working days. Please take note that orders with pre order items will only be shipped when pre order items arrive.

How do I change or cancel my order?
All sales are final. So consider carefully before purchasing. We do not offer refunds or exchange if you simply change your mind. If you are not sure about the products, please feel free to drop us an enquiry at cs@pinkismycolour.com or wechat: Pinkstudio and we will be more than happy to answer all your questions.

My password does not work?
Click ‘Lost Your Password’ and key in your email address to reset your password in “My Account” page.

Do I need to register to shop?
Yes. Registering an account gives you a fuss free shopping experience. All your info will kept and you will never have to key in your shipping detail again. Further more, you will also be able to check your order status, purchase history and be the first to know about our latest promotions & events.

How do I create an account?
Click “My Account“to register by filling in your details and following the instructions. Read more at our step by “Order Guide” page.

How do I apply my coupon code?
You may key in your coupon code at the next page after you checked out & filled up your billing & shipping details.

I'd like to know my order status. How can i check it?
You may key in your order number at the top bar “Track your order”. Please refer the status meaning as below:

  • Pending – Order received (unpaid)
  • Failed – Payment failed or was declined (unpaid)
  • Processing – Payment received, the order is awaiting fulfillment
  • Completed – Order fulfilled and shipped out, ready to get your parcel
  • On-Hold – Awaiting payment
  • Cancelled – Cancelled by an admin or the customer

How long for my delivery to arrive?
Shipping within Malaysia takes 1-3 working day. International shipping takes 3-5 working days. Please take note that orders with pre order items will only be shipped when pre order items arrive.

We charge a flat RM6 shipping rate per order. Shipping is free when you purchase above RM200 for orders shipping within Malaysia.


What are the shipping costs?


Customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As customs and import duties vary, we are unable to tell you the exact costs. Do contact your local customs office to find out about additional charges.


Can I track my order?
Of course. You will receive an email together with your tracking number when your order is shipped. Do look into your junk mail if you find the email is missing.

You can use the tracking number we provided to track your parcel.

Do I have to pay customs and / or import charges?

Is A Product Still In Stock?
Stock status is stated on each product page. If a product is no longer in stock, it will be stated as PRE ORDER” otherwise it is ready stock. If you need to find out how long the pre order item waiting time is, do feel free to contact us at cs@pinkismycolour.com or wechat: Pinkstudio and we will be more than happy to answer all your questions.

PAYMENT


How do I make payments?
All transactions are made via MOL payment gateway, a payment gateway that accepts credit cards, debit cards (Paypal) and local bank online transfers. Follow the instructions on our Order Guide page.

What are the payment methods available?
Credit card / Debit Card, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online, AM Bank, Alliance Online, Hong Leong Online, Paypal.

Can I make payments using my debit card?
Yes. The procedure is the same as with credit cards, follow the step by step guide in “Order Guide” page.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS


What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds or exchange if you simply change your mind about the purchased products. Pink Studio shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of any shipment or delayed delivery.

For incorrect items shipped, please email us at cs@pinkismycolour.com with your order number and information. The incorrect items have to be shipped to us within 10-days upon receipt of the order, item must be in its original purchase condition. All packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
